Since January of 2018,
Laughter Yoga Venice has been providing a free,
in person Laughter Yoga session each
Saturday morning
at Centennial Park on Venice Island, FL from 10 - 10:30.
All are welcome to attend!
There is no registration required!
And you can leave your yoga mat at home!
Done seated or standing, we will help you get your giggles going so that you can look, think and feel better!
We also offer free Laughter sessions on ZOOM
each Wednesday morning from 9:30-10
and on Saturday mornings from 10-10:30

Cathy is living proof that
